1- टाटा ने 15 लाख रूपये लगाकर ब्यापार प्रारंभ किया (Receipt F6)
2- OBC में 10 लाख जमा किया (Contra F4)
3- OBC से BOI में 5 लाख ट्रान्सफर किया (Contra F4)
4- मोहन फर्नीचर को फर्नीचर का 50 हजार कैश तथा 50 हजार रूपये BOI से पेमेंट किया (Payment F5)
5- कारपेंटर को 10 हजार मजदूरी दिया (Payment F5)
6- सुनील तथा अनिल को 10-10 हजार रूपये सैलरी OBC से पेमेंट किया (Payment F5)
7- साफ़-सफाई वाले को 1000 रूपये खर्च पेमेंट किया (Payment F5)
ऊपर के Transaction में 4 नंबर से 7 नंबर तक का Entry पेमेंट वाउचर में करेंगे
तो सबसे पहले ” 4- मोहन फर्नीचर को फर्नीचर का 50 हजार कैश तथा 50 हजार रूपये BOI से पेमेंट किया ” के एंट्री को Payment Voucher में करेंगे
इसके लिए पेमेंट वाउचर पेज पर Account में Cash सेलेक्ट करेंगे (क्योकि पेमेंट वाउचर में जिसमे से अमाउंट निकलता है यूज़ Account में सेलेक्ट करते है)
तथा Mohan Furniture का अकाउंट अंडर ग्रुप Fixed Assets में क्रिएट करेंगे और Particular में सेलेक्ट करेंगे
अब Amount में 50 हजार enter करेंगे
