1) Goods :- माल को बिजनेस में नियमित और मुख्‍य रूप से खरीदा और बेचा जाता हैं। उदाहरण के लिए – एक किराना दुकान में साबुन, तेल आदि गुडस् हैं। मुनाफे की खरीद और माल की बिक्री पर निर्भर करता है।

5) Debtor:- जिससें बिजनेस को निश्चित राशि लेनी होती है उसे डेब्‍टर कहा जाता है|

6) Creditor :- जिन्‍हे हमारे बिजनेस को निश्चित राशि देनी होती है है उन्‍हे क्रेडिटर कहा जाता है।

7) Business Transaction :- एक वित्तीय घटना है जो बिजनेस से संबंधित है और जिसका प्रभाव कंपनी की वित्तीय स्थिति पर पडता हैं। उदाहरण के लिए – माल की खरीद, वेतन, क्रेडिट पर माल को बेचना।

9) Credit Transaction :- जो ट्रैन्ज़ैक्शन क्रेडिट पर किए जाते है उन्‍हे क्रेडिट ट्रैन्ज़ैक्शन कहा जाता है।
